TJ Casey and Jim Reader are true-blue Westerners who live and breathe the western lifestyle.  These accomplished songwriters have combined to compliment successful solo careers with a dynamic duo show complete with melodic harmonies, unique guitar picking and good clean wholesome entertainment.   Their passion and knowledge of America's western heritage shines through their music and stories.  Both TJ and Jim have over 30 years each of entertaining backgrounds and have shared the stage with Merle Haggard, Ian Tyson, The Everly Brothers, Kenny Rogers, B.J. Thomas and Tommy James. These are not your routine old-tyme-movie strummin cowboy singers, these fella's are not afraid to hose out the stable with their brand of pure roots/americana/cowboy folk.   Western music critics have described TJ as the Billy Jo Shaver and Jim as the Bob Dylan/Neil Young of Cowboy music.  The boys have a down-to-earth stage presence and audiences can feel and enjoy their comraderie throughout their concerts.  These gents are part of a dying breed of Westerners who's purpose is to promote and maintain the historical impact of Cowboys and ranching -- they entertain and educate at the same time.  Jeannie Hockersmith, of the Pine Bluffs, WY, Arts Council, said... "TJ and Jim were, frankly --- spectacular!  They received an enthusiastic standing ovation from local souls who had just experienced the most refreshing evening of musical entertainment in a long long time, we've already booked them back!"

(Your Organization name) is excited to bring the spirit of the Old and New West to (your town) on (event details).

The Singer/Songwriter duo of TJ Casey & Jim Reader are throwbacks to those rugged times when Cowboys rode like Kings and the cattle industry and ranching was the major force behind the development of Western North American society.   These cowboys are award winning writers, singers, pickers and storytellers extraordinaire.  They each have successful solo careers in the Western entertainment field and came together in 2006 to collaborate on this dynamic joint show.  Their camaraderie and free-flowing style is palpable and audiences everywhere have been impressed with their brand of melodic music and heartwarming, wholesome entertainment.  "A cowboy is who I am, every day of my life and my goal is to keep the spirit alive to the young people who know very little about the West, and to the older ones who tend to forget", says TJ Casey, who music career spans three decades with performances on the Louisiana Hay Ride and with Merle Haggard, Ian Tyson and The Everly Brothers.

Passionate and enlightening performances is what you get from these Cowboys.  Audiences are amazed at what "Cowboy Music" is -- it's a refreshing blend of cowboy poetry (lyrics), melodies and harmonies that warm the heart.  "We are promoters of a fading culture -- we're like historical troubadours out there reminding people where our roots are and the huge impact the true cowboys had on the way of life we now enjoy.", says Jim Reader who has shared the stage in the past with Kenny Rogers, BJ Thomas and Tommy James and the Shondells.

TJ & Jim are included in the prestigious 'Northwest on Tour' Artists Roster -- entertainers are chosen by a jury of peers and concert presenters in Washington, Oregon and Idaho.  Arts Councils and community presenters depend on this roster to provide first class entertainment -- only select artists with high artistic quality and touring experience are approved by the jury.

Yup, you'll smell the sage, hear the wind and feel the traildust on an evening's ride with these two Cowboys -- and you'll remember it long after they've gone back down the trail -- powerful and impacting presentations from the 'real deal'.  See this dynamic duo perform live at the (place, date, time, place).
